The Role As the Senior Advisor, Corporate Employee Engagement, you’ll be integral to our work in helping vulnerable children achieve a brighter future. This role sits within the Corporate Partnerships team, which seeks to leverage the power of businesses to deliver impact for kids. You will be responsible for developing and driving a strategy to increase employee engagement (EE) with corporate partners to boost awareness of Save the Children’s programs, while raising critical undesignated support funds through contributions, workplace giving and campaigns. You will lead the creation, packaging, and promotion of compelling employee engagement offerings to meet the various needs of current and prospective partners. Reporting to the Senior Managing Director, Engagement & Growth, you’ll manage a team that supports both employee event operations and workplace giving campaigns, with a goal of raising $11M/year.
