Senior Advisor, Demand Planning
About The Position
Join us as a Demand Planning Sr. Advisor on our Supply Chain Planning team in Austin, Texas to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact. As a Demand Planning Sr. Advisor, you will develop and influence commodity-level demand signals for components supporting Dell’s server business across North America. Working closely with Revenue Operations, Product Group, Procurement and Global Operations teams, you will translate customer and financial requirements into actionable forecasts that optimize product availability, supply readiness and cost. Your insights and leadership will help drive demand stability, improve supply chain performance and support the delivery of next-generation AI & server solutions to customers. This is an opportunity to develop executive communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
Requirements
- 8+ years in asset management or financial analysis
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and database analysis tools
- Attention to detail and data integrity in reporting
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Strong expertise in demand planning, forecasting and data analysis
Nice To Haves
- MBA or advanced degree in Business, Supply Chain or related discipline
- Experience with Power BI, AI-enabled analytics or supply chain transformation projects
Responsibilities
- Plan server demand from NPI through product end-of-life
- Lead S&OP processes across cross-functional stakeholder teams
- Align demand plans with Operations, Procurement and Revenue Operations teams.
- Communicate demand risks, supportability and forecast performance
- Influence demand shaping and monitor build schedule execution
- Lead process improvements, automation and AI-driven initiatives.
