About The Position

Join us as a Demand Planning Sr. Advisor on our Supply Chain Planning team in Austin, Texas to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact. As a Demand Planning Sr. Advisor, you will develop and influence commodity-level demand signals for components supporting Dell’s server business across North America. Working closely with Revenue Operations, Product Group, Procurement and Global Operations teams, you will translate customer and financial requirements into actionable forecasts that optimize product availability, supply readiness and cost. Your insights and leadership will help drive demand stability, improve supply chain performance and support the delivery of next-generation AI & server solutions to customers. This is an opportunity to develop executive communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

Requirements

• Experience in Demand Planning
• Experience with commodity-level demand signals
• Experience supporting server business
• Experience working with Revenue Operations, Product Group, Procurement and Global Operations teams
• Ability to translate customer and financial requirements into actionable forecasts
• Skills in executive communication, problem-solving and decision-making
