Responsibilities
- Lead system architecture, design, and integration for complex aerospace systems
- Drive end-to-end systems engineering activities, including requirements flow-down, design, verification, and validation
- Provide technical leadership across: Control systems integration, Test and development equipment, Field issue investigation and resolution
- Collaborate effectively with: Multidisciplinary engineering teams, Program and project management organizations, Internal and external stakeholders and customers
- Ensure designs align with Honeywell Aerospace quality standards and industry best practices
- Own technical problem-solving efforts, delivering innovative and scalable solutions
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences
- Support project execution, ensuring scope, schedule, and performance targets are met
