Copeland is seeking a Senior Advanced Manufacturing Engineer to lead CNC machining strategy and process development within our Advanced Manufacturing Technology (AMT) organization. Based in Sidney, Ohio, this role plays a key part in developing global machining solutions, advancing digital manufacturing capabilities, and supporting new product development. This is a high-impact position with the opportunity to influence global manufacturing standards, implement advanced technologies, and drive continuous improvement across multiple facilities. As A Senior Advanced Manufacturing Engineer, You Will: Develop and deploy CAM solutions for CNC machining operations across global manufacturing sites Support new product development by creating CNC programs and machining processes that meet quality, cost, and delivery targets Drive development of Digital Twin capabilities through enhanced CAD/CAM modeling and simulation Support AMT lab research and development activities, including CNC programming, process validation, and troubleshooting Identify critical product characteristics and assess manufacturability to inform production strategy and investment decisions Lead or support capital equipment projects, including specification, procurement, and implementation of machines, tooling, and gauging Utilize digital tools and simulation software to validate machining processes and production performance Provide clear communication and project updates to cross-functional teams and leadership Research and integrate emerging manufacturing technologies into production environments What We’re Looking For: You are a hands-on manufacturing engineer with deep CNC machining experience and a passion for solving complex problems.
