About The Position

The Senior Administrator Distribution will work in the Logistics/Distribution Services group, supporting distribution operations leaders and completing projects involving data collection and analysis for locations across the country. The role requires learning and demonstrating proficiency with warehouse data management systems and becoming familiar with the operations of stand-alone distribution centers and poultry freezer warehouses.

The position offers exposure to other supply chain areas, including sales, quality assurance, scheduling, transportation, international sales, and distribution. The administrator is expected to contribute innovative ideas and create value, receiving direction and providing results to the Senior Leadership team within the Warehouse South Distribution group.

Requirements

• High school diploma or higher; candidates in the process of earning a BA degree are a plus.
• At least 3 years of office clerical experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional phone skills when communicating with internal company contacts and external customers.
• Proficiency in all basic Microsoft programs.
• Motivated self-starter with a desire to learn from others.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Time-management and multitasking abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Willingness and ability to perform the physical requirements of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation.
