Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent.
3+ years office experience required
Requires written and verbal skills to communicate with all levels of management.
Work activities are variable and require judgment to complete tasks such as setting priorities, evaluating results, and coordinating with others.
Assignments are defined and the approach to be taken is usually determined in coordination with others.
Must reside in the United States to be considered.

Nice To Haves

5+ years experience preferred.
SAP and UKG Preferred.

Responsibilities

Serve as a primary resource for specific financial reporting and related accounting tasks
Compile financial and statistical data while consistently meeting reporting deadlines
Learn and support multiple aspects of manufacturing accounting, including basic elements of product costing
Gather production and financial information to prepare weekly scorecards and performance summaries
Assist with daily production posting and line efficiency analysis
Provide support during physical inventory processes
Assist with self-audit procedures and internal controls
Collaborate with the Accounting Manager, Controller, and cross-functional partners
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Controller
Assist plant supervision with daily and weekly time and attendance activities using UKG Pro and SAP Payroll.
Monitor plant time analytics in UKG Pro, ensuring adherence to corporate policies.
Provide training to new supervisors on payroll processes as necessary.
Address Team Members' payroll questions and concerns promptly and effectively.
Perform reconciliation tasks as needed.
Enter and complete purchase requisitions for items like PPE.
