This position provides broad exposure to manufacturing accounting, opportunities for cross-training, and close collaboration with Accounting leadership. Your work will directly support operational insight, accuracy, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 3+ years office experience required
  • Requires written and verbal skills to communicate with all levels of management.
  • Work activities are variable and require judgment to complete tasks such as setting priorities, evaluating results, and coordinating with others.
  • Assignments are defined and the approach to be taken is usually determined in coordination with others.
  • Must reside in the United States to be considered.

Nice To Haves

  • 5+ years experience preferred.
  • SAP and UKG Preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary resource for specific financial reporting and related accounting tasks
  • Compile financial and statistical data while consistently meeting reporting deadlines
  • Learn and support multiple aspects of manufacturing accounting, including basic elements of product costing
  • Gather production and financial information to prepare weekly scorecards and performance summaries
  • Assist with daily production posting and line efficiency analysis
  • Provide support during physical inventory processes
  • Assist with self-audit procedures and internal controls
  • Collaborate with the Accounting Manager, Controller, and cross-functional partners
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Controller
  • Assist plant supervision with daily and weekly time and attendance activities using UKG Pro and SAP Payroll.
  • Monitor plant time analytics in UKG Pro, ensuring adherence to corporate policies.
  • Provide training to new supervisors on payroll processes as necessary.
  • Address Team Members' payroll questions and concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Perform reconciliation tasks as needed.
  • Enter and complete purchase requisitions for items like PPE.
