About The Position

Our Vancouver Office is looking for a Senior Administrative Professional to join our Credits and Incentives team. This is for an existing vacancy, and the successful candidate will own the following responsibilities: Support business development by coordinating meetings for inbound requests for new business and initiating our internal client acceptance procedures Onboarding new clients, including ensuring access to CRA My Business Account Portal and BDO's Client Portal Perform administrative tasks related to the department's ongoing operations, such as: Drafting documents, contracts, requests for information Reviewing and uploading responses to official CRA requests Coordinating with the firm to ensure claims are filed, and status sheets are up to date Accessing and updating information in Excel worksheets and Microsoft Dynamics Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems Support a team of Partners and Professionals, which may include planning and organizing internal appointments, conferences, and meetings. Contribute positively by reviewing, copy editing, and providing input and oversight on technical and financial drafts prepared by others. Communicating and exchanging information with other departments and firm resources

Requirements

  • You have experience working in a senior administrative or similar role
  • You have thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office computer programs (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • You have the ability to prioritize workload and the flexibility to manage multiple tasks
  • You are able to work quickly and take on more responsibilities over time
  • You have the ability to work in a deadline-driven work setting and deal with confidential information
  • You have strong problem solving, analytical, and communication skills both written and oral
  • You value teamwork, client service, and quality in detailed work
  • You have excellent written and oral communication

Nice To Haves

  • Office Administration diploma or other relevant education an asset
  • Prior working experience at a professional services firm an asset

Responsibilities
