BDO Canada is looking for a Senior Administrative Professional to join their Indirect Tax team. This role is for an existing vacancy and involves providing general administrative support within the National Indirect Tax Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for various tasks including Workday processing (billings, collections, deposits, payments, invoices), coordinating client acceptance, conflict checks, Workday customer and project setup, Caseware setup, and preparing engagement letters, master service agreements, and statements of work. Additionally, the role requires conducting and documenting indirect tax research, communicating with tax authorities for information and registrations, preparing various tax returns (GST/HST, QST, PST, payroll tax, workers compensation), and communicating with team members on indirect tax matters. The position also emphasizes working cooperatively and effectively with other staff and partners, and providing additional administrative support as needed.
