About The Position

The Senior Administrative Coordinator, Reunion Giving assists the Senior Director and the Class Officers with day-to-day operations within the unit, including travel and administrative support and inventory/supply management.

Requirements

  • Excellent organizational skills, with an attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate in a sensitive and courteous manner.
  • Knowledge of standard software applications including but not limited to, word processing, database management, and/or spreadsheet software.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Familiar with operation of electronic office machines (phones, copiers, fax, etc.).
  • Ability to work occasional nights and weekends.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 3 years of office or administrative support experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Access, and Excel) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assists the Senior Director and the Class Officers with day-to-day operations within the unit.
  • Provides travel and administrative support.
  • Manages inventory and supplies.
