The Senior Administrative Assistant (Sr AA) is charged with applying advanced knowledge of BDO administrative processes and systems, generates complex reports in a variety of software products, trains administrative team members on technical duties and regularly helps to champion new processes and tools in the office and throughout the Firm. This position provides high level, specialized and confidential in-office administrative support and may be assigned to support practice leaders, market or geo managing partners and/or other BDO leaders. Sr. AAs are first to adopt and use administrative systems, follow BDO procedures and policies and monitor and complete various administrative projects timely with minimal supervision. Sr. AA prioritizes work independently and at times, may need to provide support outside standard business hours. This is a variable hybrid role that may require up to full-time, on-site support, based on location and office needs.
