Wells Fargo is seeking a Sr Administrative Assistant to partner with leadership within Wells Fargo Private Wealth to drive coordination of business operations and team execution. In this role, you will manage and prioritize a high volume of administrative, operational, and executive support activities. You will compile, analyze, and present data, preparing moderately complex reports, dashboards, and summaries to support decision-making. You will oversee expense management, reporting, and reconciliation with strong attention to compliance and accuracy. You will serve as a central coordination point for key initiatives, including planning meetings, tracking deliverables, and ensuring timely follow-through. You will execute and support complex administrative and operational workflows, including approvals, requests, and internal processes. You will act as an extension of leadership by managing communications, filtering requests, and facilitating effective information flow. You will provide guidance and interpretation of policies, procedures, and administrative processes to less experienced staff. You will build strong relationships and collaborate with internal partners and senior stakeholders across the organization. You will plan and execute team meetings, offsites, and cross-functional events, including logistics, materials, and follow-up actions. You will handle ad hoc requests and special projects with a high degree of ownership and independent judgment.
