As a new member of the Revolution Medicines team, you will join other outstanding professionals in a tireless commitment to patients with cancers harboring mutations in the RAS signaling pathway. The Senior Executive Administrative Assistant serves as a trusted strategic partner to the Chief Development Officer (CDO), enabling the effective leadership and operation of the Development organization. This role goes beyond traditional executive support by anticipating business needs, managing complex priorities, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and ensuring the seamless execution of executive operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, exercises exceptional judgment and discretion, thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, and builds strong partnerships across all levels of the organization. They are proactive, solutions-oriented, and capable of independently managing complex situations while maintaining a relentless focus on operational excellence.
