About The Position

Revolution Medicines is a late-stage clinical oncology company developing novel targeted therapies for patients with RAS-addicted cancers. The company’s R&D pipeline comprises RAS(ON) inhibitors designed to suppress diverse oncogenic variants of RAS proteins. The company’s RAS(ON) inhibitors daraxonrasib (RMC-6236), a RAS(ON) multi-selective inhibitor; elironrasib (RMC-6291), a RAS(ON) G12C-selective inhibitor; zoldonrasib (RMC-9805), a RAS(ON) G12D-selective inhibitor; and RMC-5127, a RAS(ON) G12V-selective inhibitor, are currently in clinical development. As a new member of the Revolution Medicines team, you will join other outstanding professionals in a tireless commitment to patients with cancers harboring mutations in the RAS signaling pathway. The Senior Executive Administrative Assistant serves as a trusted strategic partner to the Chief Development Officer (CDO), enabling the effective leadership and operation of the Development organization. This role goes beyond traditional executive support by anticipating business needs, managing complex priorities, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and ensuring the seamless execution of executive operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, exercises exceptional judgment and discretion, thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, and builds strong partnerships across all levels of the organization. They are proactive, solutions-oriented, and capable of independently managing complex situations while maintaining a relentless focus on operational excellence.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of executive administrative experience supporting C-level or senior executives, preferably within biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or healthcare organizations.
  • Ability to recognize and handle highly sensitive and confidential material and information.
  • Demonstrated ability to support executives in complex, fast-paced, and rapidly changing environments.
  • Strong understanding of organizational priorities and business operations.
  • Exceptional organizational, project management, and time management skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • High degree of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor and operational partner to the Chief Development Officer, proactively managing priorities to maximize leadership effectiveness.
  • Manage a highly complex calendar by balancing competing priorities, anticipating conflicts, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, meeting logistics, and executive itineraries while adapting quickly to changing business needs.
  • Exercise sound judgment in handling confidential information and sensitive business matters with the highest level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Coordinate Development Leadership Team (DevLT) meetings, executive off-sites, governance meetings, and other leadership forums.
  • Prepare agendas, briefing materials, presentations, and meeting summaries, ensuring timely follow-up on action items and key decisions.
  • Monitor executive priorities and facilitate follow-through across multiple functions to ensure commitments are executed on schedule.
  • Partner with Business Operations and functional leaders to coordinate organizational initiatives and leadership communications.
  • Build strong relationships across Research, Commercialization, Integrated Portfolio Strategy, Finance, Human Resources, Legal, and Investor Relations.
  • Serve as a central point of coordination for executive requests and cross-functional activities requiring CDO engagement.
  • Facilitate collaboration across senior leaders by coordinating meetings, communications, and organizational priorities.
  • Continuously improve executive support processes and identify opportunities to increase operational efficiency.
  • Develop standardized processes, templates, and tools that improve organization and scalability.
  • Support planning and execution of department meetings, leadership events, town halls, and employee engagement activities.
  • Draft, edit, and coordinate executive communications, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the CDO.
  • Ensure communications are professional, accurate, and aligned with organizational priorities.
  • Represent the Office of the CDO with professionalism, responsiveness, and sound judgment.
  • Manage expense reporting, purchase requests, vendor coordination, and budget tracking.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities for new leadership team members.
  • Maintain organizational charts, distribution lists, and departmental information.
