About The Position

Kent is looking for a Senior Administration Clerk to join their team. This role involves preparing and distributing daily reports, monitoring employee working hours and attendance, organizing overtime authorization systems, and providing administrative support to project management and departmental teams. The Senior Administration Clerk will also be responsible for timely and accurate recordkeeping of site-level documentation and serving as the primary point of contact for employee logistics and inquiries. Ad-hoc tasks may be assigned to ensure flexibility and meet evolving project needs, considering professional development and workload balance.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Administrator.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (with Excel skills required).
  • Strong ability to manage data, track employee logistics, and generate reports.
  • Excellent command of the English language in both oral and written communication and skills.
  • Ability to communicate professionally with employees at all levels, clients, and external partners.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
  • Observe the Health, Safety, Sustainability, Environment and Quality rules of the Company; it’s clients and the governing authorities of the host country.
