Growing together This Senior Actuarial Analyst will be part of a team that oversees the actuarial pricing process from beginning to end. Working cross-functionally with executive leadership, forecasting, medical economics, accounting, and many other teams across the organization as well as with external partners to ensure appropriate pricing for our Ancillary & Individual business. This role will be tasked with analyzing claims experience, trends, state rate filings and data to establish and maintain appropriate premium rates for our members, utilizing a data-driven analytical approach. This role will require a technical approach to support pricing initiatives. You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.
