Requirements
- Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science
- Has three (3) years or more of relevant actuarial experience
- Possesses strong actuarial expertise, with experience in individual savings and retirement products
- Is recognized for strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial results
- Stands out for collaboration, business acumen, and the ability to interact with senior‑level stakeholders
- Demonstrates rigor, positive energy, and a continuous improvement mindset
- Is comfortable working in a dynamic, results‑driven environment
- Demonstrates full fluency in French, both spoken and written

Responsibilities
- Calculating actuarial reserves and regulatory capital for individual savings and retirement products
- Analyzing, explaining, and simplifying financial results, and making recommendations to senior management to optimize financial performance
- Contributing to the optimization of the dynamic hedging program
- Producing financial projections related to budgeting and adverse scenario analyses, and recommending appropriate actions
- Participating in strategic initiatives supporting business plan execution and sustaining iA’s leadership within the industry
