About The Position

A growing and financially stable property insurance organization is seeking a Senior Actuarial Analyst or Actuary to join its expanding actuarial team. This is a unique opportunity for a highly motivated pricing professional who wants broad ownership, executive visibility, and a clear path into future leadership. Initially, this role will be heavily focused on personal lines homeowners ratemaking, with responsibility for rate indications, strategic pricing recommendations, rate filings, regulatory support, and overall pricing strategy across multiple states. You'll wear many hats, own projects from start to finish, and play a critical role in shaping profitability and growth. Looking ahead, this individual will have the opportunity to help lead the company's expansion of commercial lines pricing and take on increasing leadership responsibilities.

Requirements

• Commercial Lines Pricing experience required
• ACAS or near ACAS
• 4+ years of hands-on pricing experience
• Proven ability to build pricing tools, models, and processes from the ground up
• Strong technical skills with SQL, R, Python, VBA, ISO, or similar tools
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and hit the ground running

Nice To Haves

• Personal Lines Homeowners pricing experience strongly preferred
• R, Python, VBA, ISO, or similar tools preferred
