Senior Acquisition Program Manager – Federal Health (CIVDEP)
About The Position
Arcetyp LLC is seeking a Senior Acquisition Program Manager to provide support for the CIVDEP program. This role involves leading day-to-day support activities, coordinating team workload, and supporting acquisition program management, risk, schedules, business operations, and acquisition analysis. The position is onsite in Fort Detrick, MD. Arcetyp LLC is a growing small business providing consulting services to US Federal Government, US Military, and Commercial clients, focusing on Management & IT Consulting, Program & Project Management, and Professional & Admin Services. They hire direct hire W2 employees only and do not accept 1099, staffing firms, or C2C candidates. They cannot sponsor H1B visas.
Requirements
- Strong working knowledge of DoD acquisition processes.
- Ability to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong organizational and multitasking capability.
- U.S Citizenship.

- Current PAE MP CIVDEP incumbent or Team Lead.
- DoDI 5000 / AAF.
- PPBE and acquisition planning.
- Integrated Master Scheduling.
- DHA medical product development experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day CIVDEP support activities.
- Coordinate team workload, task coverage, training, vacancies, and recruiting support.
- Support acquisition program management, risk, schedules, business operations, and acquisition analysis.
- Standardize processes and monitor performance across assigned personnel.
