About The Position

Arcetyp LLC is seeking a Senior Acquisition Program Manager for its Military Health (MILDEP) support activities. This is a direct hire, W2 employee position, not accepting 1099, staffing firms, or C2C candidates. Sponsorship for H1B is not available. The role is onsite in Fort Detrick, MD. The company is a growing small business providing consulting services to US Federal Government, US Military, and Commercial clients, including Management & IT Consulting, Program & Project Management, and Professional & Admin Services.

Requirements

DoD acquisition/program management.
Integrated Product Teams and Working Groups.
Risk management.
Integrated master scheduling.
Business operations/process improvement.
Requirements/capability development and acquisition analysis.
Strong working knowledge of DoD acquisition processes.
Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate task coverage.
Ability to manage multiple programs/tasks simultaneously.
Strong written, briefing, and executive communication skills.
U.S Citizenship.

Current PAE MP MILDEP incumbent or Team Lead.
DoDI 5000 / Adaptive Acquisition Framework experience.
JCIDS/Materiel Requirements experience.
PPBE experience.
MS Project/IMS experience.
Project Recon or comparable risk-management tool experience.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day MILDEP support activities.
Coordinate team workload, task coverage, training, vacancies, and hiring support.
Provide acquisition program management, risk management, scheduling, business operations, and acquisition analysis support.
Ensure standardized DHA processes and procedures are followed.
Monitor action items, schedules, risks, external requests, and leadership deliverables.
