Ensures organizational compliance with all applicable federal and state regulations independently. This role is responsible for initiating requests for data analytics to identify potential regulatory risks, drafting and implementing corrective action plans with unit leadership, assisting with policy drafts and revisions, facilitating and leading the review, response, and documentation of complaints received from external parties, facilitating the acquisition of additional licenses, accreditations, and certifications across the health system, training new staff members on department processes and procedures, and assisting with regulatory visits.
