About The Position

After more than 10 years of rapid development, Blue Ocean Inc has established mature and stable automated cargo distribution and return procedures. Currently, we have distribution centers in OR, CA, DE, NH, TN, PA, and FL.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of corporate accounting experience, preferably in accounts receivable.
  • Proven experience managing AR processes in a corporate environment.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
  • Proficiency in accounting software; experience with NetSuite is highly preferred.
  • Excellent data entry and communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Required: English & Chinese

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the company’s accounts receivable processes, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing to clients.
  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely collections.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure accurate account balances.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to AR processes and internal controls.
  • Prepare AR reports, projections, and analyses to support management decision-making.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to AR, including data entry, sending payment reminders, filing documentation, and communicating with clients regarding account issues.
