About The Position

As an Account Manager Offices & Logistics, you are responsible for a diverse portfolio of office properties, ensuring they perform optimally commercially, operationally, and strategically. You act as a strategic sparring partner for clients, translating market developments and opportunities into sustainable value and strong collaborations. You will manage the commercial performance of one or more portfolios, develop and execute leasing strategies (including positioning, tenant mix, and pricing), and identify commercial opportunities while responding to changing stakeholder needs. You will conduct contract negotiations, establish strong, future-proof agreements, and manage involved parties such as technical management, facilities, marketing, legal, and finance. Additionally, you will oversee projects related to redevelopment, sustainability, and repositioning, maintain and expand relationships with clients and partners, and collaborate with internal specialists to deliver integrated solutions. You will also actively contribute to process improvements, AI integration, and optimizations for both the client and the organization. This role combines strategic insight with strong project management skills, connecting stakeholders, maintaining oversight, and ensuring plans are realized.

Requirements

  • HBO work and thinking level, preferably with a real estate-related education
  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in commercial real estate (office experience is a plus)
  • Strong personality with persuasive power and strategic insight
  • Proactive, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented
  • Excellent skills in stakeholder management and project management
  • Strong communication, analytical, and substantive skills
  • Good command of the Dutch and English languages
