About The Position

The Senior Accounting and Treasury Analyst will analyze and interpret data in support of the accounting function at Alabama ONE. The Senior Accounting and Treasury Analyst will prepare financial reports, identify and resolve accounting issues, reconcile balance sheets, and ensure compliance with accounting regulations. This position will also work to identify trends, document processes and procedures, and will provide recommendations on cash management and investments. This position will also work closely with other departments to provide relevant data and insight.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Excel experience (VLOOKUPs, conditional formatting, etc)
• Relevant work experience

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial reports, identify and resolve accounting issues, reconcile balance sheets, and ensure compliance with accounting regulations.
• Identify trends, document processes and procedures, and provide recommendations on cash management and investments.
• Work with other departments in the credit union to provide data and analysis.
• Other duties as assigned.
