Requirements

  • Experience with intercompany cost allocation models.
  • Proficiency in managing, manipulating, and calculating large datasets.
  • Familiarity with specific systems, applications, and tools for data analysis and transfer pricing.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with international teams.
  • Experience in maintaining and updating operating expense databases.
  • Skills in performing detailed analysis of results and variances.
  • Ability to provide value-added commentary on financial reporting.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with internally developed global costing tools.

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining, updating, and redesigning the intercompany cost allocation model to achieve accurate intercompany accounting.
  • Managing, manipulating, and calculating large amounts of data using specific systems/apps/tools to ensure appropriate transfer pricing methods and accurate tracking of results.
  • Collaborating and maintaining strong working relationships with team members in Bucharest where intercompany payments and receipts are handled.
  • Interacting and collaborating with colleagues in Ireland and Paris, the centers for most of our foreign intercompany cost allocations and home (Paris) to our internally developed global costing tool.
  • Maintaining and updating the operating expense database, which feeds numerous reports and analytics.
  • Performing detailed analysis of results and variances to ensure accurate legal entity expense reporting, and providing value-added commentary.
  • Supporting the General Accounting functions with additional duties as needed.
