About The Position

Cobalt Service Partners is a platform dedicated to acquiring and building leading access and security businesses. As we continue to scale, our ability to identify and hire top-tier financial leadership for our partner companies is critical. We are seeking a Senior Accounting Recruiter to join our growing People team. This role is ideal for a recruiter who thrives in executive-level search and wants to help shape the foundation of a rapidly evolving organization. You will lead efforts to identify and hire Controllers and accounting leaders who will drive success across our partner businesses.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in executive or specialized recruiting (accounting, finance, or leadership roles)
  • Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes
  • Ability to influence and partner with senior-level stakeholders
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and take ownership of recruiting pipelines

  • Experience recruiting for private equity-backed companies or high-growth organizations
  • Exposure to trades, industrial services, or field operations industries

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for senior accounting and finance roles, including Controllers and leadership positions
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of high-performing accounting talent
  • Partner closely with senior leadership and hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies for executive-level candidates
  • Provide market insights and talent data to stakeholders
  • Guide hiring managers through the recruitment process, from intake to offer negotiation
  • Deliver a professional and transparent candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Continuously improve recruiting processes and strategies
