The Senior Accountant is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of the organization's financial records and reports in compliance with U.S. GAAP. This role serves as a bridge between foundational U.S. accounting operations and global consolidation, managing full-cycle accounts payable, payroll, and the month-end close process for the U.S. entity while supporting global financial reporting. The role interacts closely with Global Finance, HR, and Operations teams to maintain internal controls and support the annual audit and budgeting processes. The Senior Accountant is expected to exercise significant independent judgment in reconciling complex accounts, streamlining accounting processes, and ensuring compliance across multiple state jurisdictions.
