In this role, you will ensure clients' financial well-being and compliance, optimize their tax positions, and empower them to make proactive financial decisions. This position is not about simply checking boxes; it is about driving tangible impact. Position: Senior Tax Accountant Office Location: In Office- Orem, Utah Salary: $100,000 and up depending on experience.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of tax preparation experience, including individual, corporate, and partnership returns
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• Desire to be in public accounting long-term
• Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and team-centric attitude
• Hard working attitude
• Communication skills; both within the team with team members and client facing
• Ability to perform research and be a life-long learner

Nice To Haves

• CPA designation preferred but not required
• Enrolled Agent (EA) status is also considered a significant asset
