About The Position

CLV Group is redefining what a Canadian real estate platform can be. As an integrated investor, developer, and operator, we acquire, transform, and manage real estate assets at scale. Our model combines disciplined capital allocation, bold redevelopment strategies, and operational excellence to generate durable long term value. We are not simply growing. We are building one of the most dynamic real estate platforms in the country. Our conviction is clear. Real estate has the power to shape cities, strengthen communities, and drive economic progress. But at its core, our work is deeply personal. The buildings we acquire and transform are not abstract assets. They are people’s homes. They are places where daily life unfolds, where milestones are celebrated, and families gather. The communities we create also support local businesses, entrepreneurs, and thousands of careers that depend on well designed, well managed space. Every decision we make carries responsibility. It impacts residents, partners, and the professionals who choose to build their careers within our organization. From large scale office to residential conversions to complex mixed use communities, we pursue projects that unlock potential and reimagine what space can become. Sustainability, design excellence, and measurable impact are embedded in every decision because the outcomes matter to real people. What also differentiates CLV is not only the scale of our ambition, but the strength in our core. We are builders in every sense of the word. We build assets. We build communities. We build careers and we build leaders. We believe careers in real estate are meaningful careers. The work we do shapes neighbourhoods, supports livelihoods, and creates long term stability for residents and investors alike. Our team is driven, entrepreneurial, and united by a belief that performance and purpose are mutually reinforcing. As we scale, we remain deeply committed to social responsibility, ensuring our growth strengthens the communities in which we invest and creates opportunity for the people who grow with us. Philanthropy and social responsibility are embedded into our DNA, ensuring that as we grow, so do the communities we serve. We want to show the world that a business can scale AND do good at the same time. CLV is entering a defining chapter. With a landmark acquisition underway and a robust national pipeline, we are expanding our footprint, deepening our capabilities, and accelerating our trajectory. This is not incremental growth. It is transformational expansion that will shape the next era of our organization and the communities we serve. For investors, we offer disciplined growth, institutional strength, and long term value creation at scale. For exceptional talent, we offer something rare: the opportunity to help build a category defining real estate platform from the inside. This is a moment to step into complexity, drive change, and leave a lasting mark on cities across Canada.
