Requirements

3+ years related experience required.
Previous experience analyzing fluctuations and financial reporting system background with analytics required.
Must possess exceptional analytical skills.
Must have ability to handle changing priorities.
Must possess strong interpersonal skills.
Must be able to present information concisely and effectively.
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and/or experience required.

Responsibilities

Complete the month-end close and assist with maintaining the G/L system.
Provide on the job guidance to less experienced accountants.
Perform complex accounting tasks associated with the maintainance of a complete and accurate general ledger and financial reporting system.
Prepare consolidated financial statements including balance sheets and P&L statements.
Accumulate information for the preparation of financial statements, ledgers, and reports.
Analyze key financial data, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations.
Assist in month-end close and maintenance of budgets.
Verify accuracy of data, make recommendations, and assist in consolidation and elimination of inter-company activity.
Proactively work to assist others in achieving the organization's objectives.
