About The Position

The AMB Family Office (AMBFO) provides investment management and financial planning services to Arthur Blank and members of his family. AMBFO also provides services to the Blank Family of Businesses (BFOB), which includes The Arthur M. Blank Family Foundation, National Football League’s Atlanta Falcons, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, PGA TOUR Superstore, Major League Soccer’s Atlanta United FC, National Women’s Soccer League’s Atlanta Expansion Team (Name TBA), The Golf League’s Atlanta Drive GC, and AMB West, consisting of Mountain Sky Guest Ranch, West Creek Ranch, Paradise Valley Ranch, and Auster at Dome Mountain. Position Summary This is a full-time position that reports to the Director of Finance and is responsible for traditional accounting and finance duties, including consolidation, monthly reporting, cash forecasting, treasury, and managing the accounts payable process. This role requires in-office presence five days a week.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in accounting.
  • 4–6 years of progressive accounting experience.
  • 1-2 years’ experience in a supervisory role.
  • Strong Excel skills and experience with Windows-based accounting systems; proficiency in Word.
  • Willingness to work on-site at the Family Office, with flexibility to work extended hours as needed.
  • Solid understanding of GAAP and full-cycle accounting.
  • Demonstrated aptitude with general ledger systems, subsystems, and system interfaces.
  • Proven ability to support improvements in GL systems and financial reporting processes.
  • Strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a small‑team environment with moderate supervision.
  • High level of confidentiality, strong communication skills, and effective time‑management, andorganizational capabilities.
  • An individual who demonstrates the ability to bring enthusiasm and a solutions-focused mindset to daily work.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the preparation of monthly consolidated financial reports across multiple entities, including a vast understanding of required entries for parent/sub relationships.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly financial reporting package, including balance sheets, income statements, and commentary on significant variances.
  • Manage the Accounts Payable process, cut weekly checks, and upload ACH/EFT files to the bank.
  • Provide backup support for all cash‑forecasting activities, including weekly forecasts, the annual cash projection, and the rolling 12-month forecast.
  • Execute cash wires and cash journals/transfers via bank portals.
  • Bank and brokerage account reconciliations.
  • Assist in the budget preparation, reporting and analysis.
  • Ad-hoc internal reporting and financial analysis.
