Requirements

3+ years of experience in public accounting required; 5+ years preferred, with a focus on tax compliance and advisory
Demonstrated experience reviewing tax returns and mentoring junior staff
Strong background in complex business tax engagements (multi-entity, partnerships, S-corps, etc.)
Solid understanding of federal and state tax laws and compliance requirements
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Nice To Haves

CPA, EA, or actively working toward certification strongly preferred

Responsibilities

Prepare and review federal and state tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and corporations
Review work prepared by staff accountants and provide constructive feedback and mentorship
Manage and support complex business clients, including multi-entity structures and high-net-worth individuals
Conduct tax research and resolve technical issues
Collaborate with team members and clients to ensure accurate and timely deliverables
Identify opportunities for tax planning and process improvements
Maintain compliance with all applicable regulations and firm standards
