About The Position

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant for our growing global client finance team. This role is on-site in Carmel, Indiana.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance, or other related fields
• 3+ years of advanced accounting and financial analysis experience within a publicly traded company
• Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, life sciences or similar regulated industry
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling, reporting, and data analysis
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States now and in the future. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience with QuickBooks and/or other ERP accounting systems preferred
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license strongly preferred
• Qualified applicants must reside in the continental U.S.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Corporate Controller and finance team to prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to support management decision-making
• Perform and oversee key accounting functions, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, account reconciliations, and internal controls
• Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, cash flow management, and business planning initiatives
• Support the preparation of management reports, dashboards, and ad hoc financial analyses
