About The Position

L&L Metal Fabrication is a custom metal fabrication company providing precision fabrication, machining, welding, finishing, and related services for industrial and commercial metal products. The accounting function supports financial accuracy and operational visibility. The Senior Accountant owns core accounting processes that support day-to-day operations and month-end accuracy, maintains organized documentation, and contributes to dependable accounting processes for internal stakeholders and external financial reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 4 years of accounting experience covering full-cycle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• At least 4 years of experience with job costing, preparing WIP schedules, and supporting month-end closing.
• At least 4 years of experience managing sales and use tax collections on receivables.
• At least 4 years of experience preparing documentation for CPA financial reviews and audits.
• Experience with QuickBooks.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Handle full-cycle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Perform bank reconciliations and manage job costing.
• Prepare WIP schedules and work schedules.
• Complete month-end closing activities.
• Manage sales and use tax collections on receivables.
• Prepare documentation for CPA financial reviews and financial audits.
