About The Position

Lone Peak Dental Group is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join its Denver-based team. The role is based at the Denver Tech Center, with a hybrid work-from-home schedule; local candidates are preferred. The position offers compensation of $75,000–$95,000 per year and comprehensive full-time benefits.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of progressive accounting and finance experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
• Extensive knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, laws, and regulations.
• Analytical and organizational skills to manage large amounts of data.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Team management, coaching, mentoring, and training skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize work.

Nice To Haves

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification.
• Previous experience in an accounting department with high transaction volume.
• Multi-company and inter-company accounting experience.
• Experience with accounting software, such as Sage Intacct.
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Excel, including managing spreadsheets, creating charts, and using advanced formulas.
