About The Position

Dandy is hiring a Senior Accountant to own core aspects of month-end and year-end close. The accountant will handle complex accounting transactions and develop solutions for new accounting scenarios, while connecting physical operations—including labs, materials, equipment, shipping, and staff across several countries—to accurate general ledger records. The role focuses on prepaid and accrued expenses, operating expense coding, intercompany accounting and consolidation, general ledger maintenance, and close procedures. The Senior Accountant will partner with Operations, Procurement, People, and FP&A to identify and address process gaps. Responsibilities also include supporting audits, improving upstream data quality, and automating manual close steps in NetSuite and related systems.
