About The Position
The Senior Accountant reports to the Accounting Manager and will be a key member of the NAIP Accounting team, they will work in collaboration with the NAIP accounting team and NAIP finance team. Candidate must be a self-starter, adept at communicating with multiple levels of an organization, and have the ability to build trust, influence, and work with teams cross functionally.
Requirements
- Accounting degree, Master's degree preferred
- Enthusiasm for in person collaboration
- 4+ years Public Accounting experience
- Attention to detail
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with an offshore team preferred
- Proven Process Improvement experience strongly preferred
Responsibilities
- Prepare month end JEs
- Review month end JEs
- Prepare balance sheet account reconciliations
- Consolidate and optimize month end procedures
- Support Mauser Shared Services
