About The Position
Senior Accountant Cherry Bekaert is partnered with a fast‑growing, PE‑backed technology organization to identify a Senior Accountant to join their expanding accounting team. This is a newly created role offering meaningful exposure to a scaling, multi‑entity environment and the opportunity to support a company entering its next phase of growth. This position will play a key role in month‑end close, general ledger activity, and supporting accurate financial reporting in a NetSuite environment. The ideal candidate enjoys hands‑on accounting, thrives in a fast‑paced setting, and is excited to grow alongside a dynamic organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Mix of public accounting and/or corporate accounting experience
- Strong understanding of general ledger and close processes
- Detail‑oriented with strong communication skills
Nice To Haves
- NetSuite experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Execute month‑end close activities including journal entries and account reconciliations
- Maintain balance sheet reconciliations and investigate variances
- Support accounting operations and ensure compliance with US GAAP
- Assist with audit preparation and documentation
- Partner cross‑functionally with FP&A and operations teams
