About The Position
The Senior Accountant will provide day-to-day accounting support, financial reporting, reconciliations, and project cost tracking for development activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience.
- Strong Excel and financial reporting skills.
Nice To Haves
- CPA preferred.
Responsibilities
- Record and reconcile development transactions.
- Maintain general ledger accounts related to development projects.
- Prepare monthly reconciliations and supporting schedules.
- Monitor construction and development expenditures.
- Assist with preparation of cost certification schedules.
- Support audit and tax preparation activities.
- Maintain documentation required by lenders, investors, and regulatory agencies.
- Assist with reporting requirements associated with RAD and LIHTC developments.
