Explore opportunities to be part of our dynamic team at the Energy Plant Unit and contribute to groundbreaking projects that redefine the onshore and offshore industry. #OneEPUPosition Overview The Senior Accountant [Accountant 3] is responsible for managing and independently executing EPU financial accounting, cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, internal control, and ERP-based accounting process activities. The role supports reliable monthly, quarterly, and annual closing, project cost structure management, budget-vs-actual analysis, scenario analysis, KPI tracking, audit support, and data integrity across EPU and global entities. This role operates in a global, project-based offshore and onshore energy plant environment and requires strong coordination with finance, project, regional office, and corporate stakeholders. The position supports business continuity and management discipline by integrating finance, administration, planning, reporting, governance, and regional support processes into reliable day-to-day operations. It is expected to maintain data accuracy, process compliance, stakeholder coordination, and timely management information so that local and global business activities remain aligned with organizational priorities. The position is expected to contribute with a high level of ownership, effective communication, and disciplined execution appropriate to the level of responsibility assigned within the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6~10 years of relevant experience in cost & accounting, preferably in EPC, offshore, onshore plant, energy, engineering, manufacturing, or global project environments.
  • Strong understanding of EPU business support processes, cross-functional coordination, documentation discipline, and stakeholder communication.
  • Ability to work with global and regional teams in a matrix organization and manage priorities in a project-based environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant enterprise systems such as ERP, accounting, reporting, collaboration, or IT service platforms as applicable to the role.
  • Knowledge of financial closing, cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, ERP FI/CO processes, internal controls, and management reporting.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting offshore, onshore, EPC/EPCI, shipbuilding, or energy plant projects (preferred).
  • Experience in global or regional office operations and multicultural stakeholder coordination.
  • Experience leading workstreams, improving processes, reviewing outputs, and advising management.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare or oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reporting for EPU and relevant global entities.
  • Apply accounting standards and support external audit, tax reporting, and compliance activities.
  • Design, maintain, and monitor project cost structures and cost allocation methodologies for manufacturing overhead and common costs.
  • Support annual plan, long-term plan, rolling forecast, and budget-vs-actual analysis.
  • Prepare management reports, KPI tracking, project/EPU P&L analysis, and scenario analysis for leadership decision-making.
  • Operate internal control processes, approval frameworks, and ERP accounting modules while maintaining data integrity.
  • Independently resolve accounting, cost, budget, and reporting issues and coordinate with stakeholders.
