Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
3–6 years of progressive public accounting experience (audit + tax required).
Proficiency with accounting/tax software and Microsoft Office.
Strong technical knowledge of GAAP, tax regulations, and auditing standards.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Strong interpersonal communication with the ability to build lasting client relationships.

Nice To Haves

CPA license preferred; active CPA candidates considered.

Responsibilities

Lead the preparation and review of complex individual, business, and trust tax returns.
Manage and execute audits and assurance engagements, from planning through financial statement preparation.
Supervise, mentor, and review the work of junior staff while fostering their growth.
Perform advanced accounting, reporting, and financial analysis for clients across industries.
Research complex accounting and tax issues and deliver practical, client-focused solutions.
Act as a trusted advisor during client meetings and presentations.
Support business development initiatives and contribute to firm growth.
