About The Position

Barbasol (Perio, Inc.) has an immediate opening for a full-time Senior Accountant to track and report our financial activity accurately and efficiently. You will apply your accounting and financial expertise to maintain, produce, and enhance daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports and accounting records with an emphasis on outbound freight and company health insurance accounts. You will also manage Accounts Receivables processes such as new customer set-ups and customer credit limit review/approvals, and directly supervise/manage our Accounts Receivable Manager. Additionally, you will provide comprehensive reviews of profitability by customer to identify areas for improvement, manage fixed asset listings, capital expenditure tracking/reporting, and capital expenditure policies, analyze, perform, and review accrual calculations for key line items on Perio, Inc. financial statements, and independently perform all required month-end close processes for Perio, Inc. books.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or other related field of study
• Demonstrated success in financial accounting as typically acquired by 5+ years of relevant experience
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams)
• Strong communication skills
• Able to manage multiple responsibilities successfully

Responsibilities
