Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
CPA designation required.
3-5 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a corporate finance environment.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
Proficiency with accounting software and advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

Managing the completion of month-end close procedures and reporting status updates to management.
Identifying Issues related to financial reporting or processes and bringing forward, with recommendations for Improvement.
Maintaining audit quality working papers as part of monthly processes to facilitate review and audit.
Working with other departments to facilitate efficient monthly reporting and understanding of business drivers.
Supporting the Implementation of new systems, software and related processes.
Ensuring monthly tax returns are completed In a timely and accurate manner.
Generating and Interpreting reporting to support various financial analyses.
Ensuring accurate completion of various monthly account reconciliations and analysis.
Supporting various Initiatives to either improve efficiency of or automate various components of the finance function.
Contributing to a team-first environment by supporting fellow team members and contributing to a positive work environment.
Assisting with audit requests from various bodies.
Occasional travel may be required between clinics (10%-20%).
Mentoring and developing finance team members through knowledge sharing, skill-building guidance, and fostering professional growth to build organizational capability.
