About The Position

The Senior Accountant will be supporting month end close of PACE KC, a
subsidiary of Swope Health Services. This senior accountant position offers a
lot of potential to grow and will be a key player in the accounting team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance with at least three years’ experience.
• Month end close experience
• MS Excel, Microsoft Dynamics GP or similar ERP experience

Nice To Haves

• CPA preferred but not required
• Healthcare and not-for-profit accounting experience is highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Month end financial close
• Payroll entries
• Coding invoices and coordinating with AP team for payment of vendor invoices
• Revenue and AR entries
• Reconciliation of general ledger accounts including bank reconciliations.
• Fixed assets and lease accounting.
• Prepare grant billings and external reports for miscellaneous grants.
• Assist Director of Finance with other related duties.
