Senior Accountant

Aiwyn
Remote

About The Position

Aiwyn is a PE-backed (KKR) SaaS and payments company that has completed four acquisitions in the past two years. We're building the finance infrastructure to match that growth, and we're looking for a Senior Accountant who wants to be part of that build, not just maintain what's already there. This role reports to the VP of Accounting and works closely with the Assistant Controller & Accounting Manager across a multi-entity, multi-revenue-stream business. You'll own meaningful areas of the month-end close, serve as a first line of quality review, and operate with the kind of independence that comes from real experience. Our environment is complex — consolidated reporting across multiple subsidiaries, usage-based billing, SaaS subscriptions, and PE-level reporting standards. We’re looking for someone who is excited to take on this challenge and grow through a new learning experience. We're a small, high-performing team that values Relentlessness, Ownership, and Trust. Some of the processes you'll work with are well-established; others you'll help build from scratch. If you're the kind of person who sees a gap and fills it without being asked, who'd rather solve the root cause than patch a workaround, and who gets genuinely excited about using technology and automation to make things work better, this is the right environment for you. Month-end close and audit season bring hard deadlines, and we meet them with professionalism and composure. In return, you'll work alongside people who hold themselves to the same standard they ask of you, with direct visibility into how the business operates, real ownership of your work, and room to grow as the team and company scale.
