About The Position

We are seeking a Senior Accountant to join our team. This role will involve utilizing ERP modules for core accounting functions, automating processes with AI, optimizing systems, and coordinating with auditors. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical accounting background, a tech-forward mindset, and a passion for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.
• 5 to 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, with hands-on proficiency in ERP systems.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
• Strong technical accounting skills.
• An analytical problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to drive continuous improvement while maintaining auditability, accuracy, and confidentiality.

Nice To Haves

• CPA, CIA, or CMA certification preferred.
• Experience with Alteryx Designer (Core or Advanced) or AI-driven automation tools is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize ERP modules (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting) to process journal entries, manage intercompany reconciliations, lead month-end closes, and ensure compliance with US GAAP/IFRS standards.
• Automate recurring accounting processes and construct intuitive dashboards/reports within ERP and supporting data tools to streamline reporting accuracy.
• Lead and support ERP upgrades, system implementations, and process enhancements to scale operations as business demands evolve.
• Coordinate directly with internal and external auditors during annual reviews and handle ad-hoc financial analysis for special projects.
