About The Position
As a Senior Accountant, you’ll be a key contributor on our Finance team, ensuring strong accounting processes and reliable financial reporting that leadership can trust. This is a full-time, onsite position reporting to our Global Headquarters in King of Prussia, PA. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 5–7+ years of progressive accounting experience with strong GAAP knowledge
- Experience with accounting systems, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Responsibilities
- Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Lead and support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes with strong attention to detail.
- Produce timely financial statements, reports, and variance analyses to support leadership decisions.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis in partnership with cross-functional teams.
- Maintain and improve internal controls, accounting procedures, and process efficiencies.
- Support payroll processing, tax notices, and general accounting needs with a mindset of extreme ownership.
