Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 4+ years of experience (public accounting with manufacturing exposure considered)
• Strong financial analysis skills
• Understanding of manufacturing accounting and inventory
• Curiosity, attention to detail, and a proactive, outgoing approach to collaboration
• Ability to ask questions, build relationships across teams, and thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead key aspects of the month-end close, including reconciliations, journal entries, and resolving issues in partnership with accounting, operations, and other teams.
• Manage complex accruals - including customer rebate programs -by analyzing trends, collaborating with budget owners, and adjusting estimates to ensure accurate payouts.
• Support budgeting alongside the Controller, contribute to CAPEX planning and fixed asset accounting, and play an active role in audit readiness and SOX compliance.
• Oversee inventory accounting, including cycle counts, WIP and raw materials review, and variance analysis, while leveraging tools like Business Central and Power BI to provide meaningful financial insights.
