About The Position

Looking
to
a Senior Accountant to assist the Accounting Manager and
oversee the accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial
reporting, compliance with regulations, and effective budget
management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
• Proficiency with accounting software NetSuite and MS
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reports.
• Lead the month-end and year-end close processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
• Maintain and analyze the general ledger; ensure compliance with GAAP.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities as needed.
• Assist with annual audits, providing schedules, explanations, and documentation.
• Monitor and improve internal controls, accounting procedures, and system efficiencies.
• Perform variance analysis and identify trends or discrepancies in financial data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including AP, AR, Payroll, and Operations.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior accounting staff.
