About The Position

The Senior Accountant performs investment and trust accounting activities, daily transaction processing, reconciliations, reporting, and other operational accounting functions. While this position is an employee of Deseret Trust Company, it supports the broader mission of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. The role is within a smaller, collaborative department with the support, stability, and benefits of a larger organization.

Requirements

• Must hold a current temple recommend (if endowed) or be temple worthy as indicated by a certification from an ecclesiastical leader (if not endowed).
• Must be a member of the Church who is worthy of a temple recommend.
• Must follow the teachings of Jesus Christ and Church leaders and live the principles of honesty, integrity, and morality.
• Must serve as role models by helping further the mission of the Church through their work and interactions with others.
