About The Position

Attunement Search is partnering with a growing, privately held design-build and manufacturing company in the East Bay to identify a hands-on accounting professional who can take ownership of day-to-day accounting while providing meaningful financial insight to leadership. Our client designs, manufactures, and delivers custom residential products through an operationally complex, project-based business model. This is not simply a bookkeeping or data-entry position. The company is looking for someone who can keep the books accurate and current while also understanding what the numbers are saying—identifying cost overruns, spotting unnecessary spending, improving financial visibility, and helping leadership make better business decisions. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced accountant who enjoys working closely with business owners and operations teams and wants their work to have a visible impact.
